A bunch of random pictures...
Avery having a tea party with Elmo and valentine frog...
Snuggling with Spunky on the boppy...
Something I find WAY too often...
One of the funniest videos... ever. It's the most random things that crack babies up!
Princess Asher.
It was SO hot this summer. Avery got out her winter stuff. She said "Mom, I'm ready for snow winter ice time!"
This is what happens when I leave Daddy with the kiddos... :)
Grandma Chelle and Aunt Lindsey came to visit! It was so fun to see them. I didn't get many pictures... but it was really fun having them visit our new church home. :)
I love Ezra's constant curiosity (even though it keeps me on my toes :)). I also love his baby blues...
Happy boy!
I had to grab this pic at my parents' house. Malachi and Avery on (old non-working) cell-phones "playing games". Ha.
Jericho!! Lol...
These two... sigh. :)
Ezra's obsession with my water bottle continues...
I felt like he had JUST started crawling, then THIS happened... all the way across the living room.
Enjoying the sit-n-stand on the way to the neighborhood park. :)
Look! Everyone thinks he's bald... but he has enough hair for bedhead! :)
Lunch in the back yard one day...
You know it's hot when you pack blankets for the park... to protect your children from burning themselves on the swings!
Avery loves her Daddy.
I find Ezra in the pantry often... this time attempting to get some protein. Ha.
So... August 1st Joe began his job as Senior Pastor of Faith Community Church. Yay! God continued to prove His faithfulness to us... and we knew (know) we are home. The people are so warm and welcoming... and they are excited to have us there. We are excited to become family and share life with our new congregation!
The only downside to Sundays... well, if you go to church and you're a mom of littles you know... it's the one day of the week that has a different schedule than the other days! Church service starts right smack dab in the middle of Ezra's nap. Honestly, before we started at FCC I would stay home with Ezra and Joe would take Avery to church. We learned that was best for everyone. Ezra missing his morning nap = no fun for anyone all day. :) When we started at FCC, I definitely didn't want to miss church! I decided to try something... thankfully, they have a room just for nursing moms (yay!). It also has a wall of cribs - the old school ones that look like little jails - ha. :) I remember having them at our old church and we would hide in them when we were middle schoolers. I got to church early, nursed Ezra, and put him in one of the little cribs. I didn't plan ahead for something soft for him to lay ON, so I (one-handed) grabbed some random sheets they had and made a little pallet of sorts. After I took this pic, I lowered the "bars" and he slept for an hour! Yay! I ended up doing this each Sunday for a while. The helpers in the nursery were so great to keep an eye on him and get him out when he woke up (always happy they said :)). Yippee! Happy baby = happy everyone!
Avery and I made a tent after Ezra went to bed one night. We "camped out" and looked at everything with our flashlights.
Malachi and Avery... being Malachi and Avery. :)
One Sunday when operation nap-at-church didn't go so well, Aunt Tassy got some Ezra snuggles (those don't come easily, so we treasure them when they happen!).
Daddy and son. Just chillin.

That is SO funny about the nasal aspirator making him laugh! I love checking your blog for updates because Ezra is just a month older than my little guy. He looks so similar! Anywho, changing my little one's diapers can sometimes be a challenge! So I started spraying him with the nasal aspirator...it worked wonders! It made him laugh so hard then I just give it to him and let him mess with it while I finish changing him!
