May Pt. 1

Here we go!

Avery was showing me her hangnail, then proceeded to pretend that she didn't know where Ralph (one of her little dogs) was.  She kept giggling and asking me to look all over the house for him.

First Target trip where both kids could sit together. :) Ezra doesn't look like he was having fun, but he was!

Avery only drinks milk and water, so this was a treat... she was so excited that her tongue turned blue!

A couple of videos of Ezra's laugh.  Just because I love it.

I sat Ezra at the little table (holding him) just to be silly.  He grabbed onto the table, kicking his legs and squealing - he loved it!  I stayed close to catch him. :)

I put Ezra down for his morning nap and came downstairs to this.  Avery said, "I made a special place to read my Bible, Mommy." Oh my heart...

One of many great things about the weather warming up: popsicles!

During Ezra's morning nap one day, Avery and I swung in the hammock for 45 minutes.  We talked and pretended we were pilots on an adventure to rescue Asher's dog treats.  Her imagination blows me away - I almost felt like it was real!  A memory I never want to lose...

Avery and Malachi "miss" each other sometimes and ask to talk to each other on the computer.  So my sister and I skype.  This is what usually happens. :)

Ezra is doing great with his eating!  He likes everything (surprise surprise).  I will reiterate that baby-led weaning is MESSY!  Check out what happens when he eats yogurt!  I put it on the spoon for him, then hand him the spoon.  He goes right to his mouth (and does pretty well with aim)... but when he empties the spoon, he proceeds to bang it on his tray.  Yogurt. Everywhere. :)

I was spray painting a chair during the kiddos' afternoon naps one day... and Mister Ezra decided to wake up early, so he joined me in the yard.  I let him supervise.

Ezra enjoying apples, pears, and green peppers. :)

Yes, I know my son is in a pink pool.  That's what happens when you have a big sister. :) He's so cute, though - he can pull it off, right??

Hammock conversations with Daddy.

I'm greeted every morning by this happy boy (I help him stand up :)).  I love it.

I love the imagination's of little ones too. Josie loves to get in bed some nights and instead of reading a story we turn off the lights and use pixie dust to "fly" the bed to Disney Land, oh the different adventures we have each time, all from her little head! =) I never want that to go away!!!!

That is HILARIOUS about the pink pools! I get comments all of the time about how my son sits in a pink pool and also has a pink swing on the swing set. What can I say? I LOVED pink as soon as my daughter came and he came after her so that is what I had for him too! He also has a pink Cozy Coupe Little Tikes car (which he sat in for the first time today and thought he was hot stuff) and a pink and purple shopping cart to look forward to! :-) Love seeing new posts! Love the similarities between our children. Our sons look similar and our daughters are similar in their unbelievable social skills at such a young age!
